OUR PRODUCTS

ROTARY MACHINES, WATER AND AIR RINSERS, STERILIZERS

Our rotary machines for water rinsers, air rinsers and sterilizers include a rotary twist that is capable of turning the bottle upside down and placing it back in the upright position while the equipment is continuously operative.

LINEAR MACHINES, WATER AND AIR RINSERS, STERILIZERS

Our linear equipment is equipped with a linear twist that makes use of gravity to turn bottles, jars and cans upside down and place it back upright once finished.

TWISTERS

The twisters allow you to easily flip over bottles, cans, jars, and other such containers on rotary machinery. Idealmec is able to rebuild these components from scratch for pre-existing equipment, guaranteeing the same degree of performance.

GRAVITY MACHINE

In this specific piece of equipment, the cans (or other containers) are fed from above and, due to gravity, are twisted in the washing tunnel. Once washed, it brings them back to the correct position to facilitate the manufacturing process.
